Our welding expertise is complemented by advanced metrology technologies, including in-process resistance welding verification and in-line sensor verification of dimensions and features. These technologies are integral to our quality assurance, embedded within the weld fixtures for real-time accuracy.

NSI has preferred customer relationships with Springco Metal Coatings in Cleveland, Ohio, Crown Coatings in Livonia, Michigan and Android Industries in Flint, Michigan.
NSI also installed brand new, state-of-the-art e-coat and powder coat lines at its satellite production facility in Queretaro, Mexico.
Our tooling capabilities include the design and construction of original fixtures and the repair of existing tools. Whether it is a one-piece replacement or new multi-tool programs, we have the expertise to serve our clients’ needs.
NSI integrates industry standard components along with our custom components, to reduce cost and maintain fixtures throughout the production life. NSI ensures quality by utilizing fully-automated clamping and built-in part presence sensors for each component of an assembly.
